Cucumber Reinforcements

Today Jim and Maya brought over some Tsuyataro cucumber plants they had to spare. Jim started them about a month ago and has kept them indoors, explaining that it’s been too cold for them outside. My Tsuyataro are a month older, but I’ve had them outside for a while now and it shows: They are slightly smaller and less healthy in appearance. Perhaps, though, that’s also a reflection of my lack of skill. Anyway, I’ll try to shepherd along these kind donations to the best of my ability.
