Long Shot

I only managed to grow one viable plant from my packet of 20 Suyo Long seeds, likely because I impatiently started them so early and this year has been relatively chilly. Happily, that one plant has revved up recently, and today I nabbed the first ready fruit.

The cutting board here is 13 inches, so the cucumber must be about a foot and a half, give or take. More importantly, it tasted great while offering up a satisfying crunch.
